Have Questions?
We Have Answers

When should I RSVP by?

Please return your RSVP card by August 3rd.

Can I bring a guest/child?

If your guest's/child's name is listed on your invite, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

We ask our guest dress in formal attire for our wedding. Please see the Attire section of our website for more details!

Where do we park?

Parking for Saint Monica’s Catholic Church is available in the Underground Parking Structure beneath Caruso Community Center which can be accessed by entering from California Avenue. Please see the campus map attached.
Valet parking will be provided at the Bel Air Bay Club - Upper Club.
Self-parking is not permitted at the BABC.
We also highly encourage ride share to/ from the reception.

When should we arrive to the wedding on Saturday?

Our nuptial mass will begin promptly at 3pm on Saturday September 5th. St. Monica’s famously does not run behind for weddings. We recommend arriving early to allow for plenty of time to make your way from the parking garage and into the church to be seated.

How long does it take to get from the church to the reception?

It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to drive from Saint Monica’s to the Bel Air Bay Club- Upper Club. Once the mass has ended around 4pm, we encourage everyone to head on over to the reception for cocktails, dinner and dancing. No Catholic gap today.

Will transportation be provided from the church to the reception?

We will not be providing transportation from the church to the BABC. We recommend rideshare for the easiest transportation option. Valet parking will be provided for those who prefer to self drive.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our Nuptial Mass will be inside Saint Monica’s Catholic Church. Cocktails before dinner at the Bel Air Bay Club- Upper Club will take place mainly outside on the lawn over looking the Pacific Ocean. Dinner and dancing will be inside at the Bel Air Bay Club - Upper Club.

I have a dietary restriction, how do I share that information?

Our venue is very accommodating to allergies and dietary restrictions and we want all of our guests to have the best time. Please email bridgetanderic@foxmcroskey.com with dietary restrictions you would like noted with your RSVP and we will make sure it is shared with the catering manger.
